What you'll do:

Conduct outbound calls with users from the gaming industry

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Gather feedback from users on follow up processes and business opportunities

Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.

What You Need:

Fluency in Romanian, both written and verbal

Good command of English, both written and verbal

Excellent communication skills

Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills

Previous experience in a customer service center or in a sales position is an advantage

Full-time role with flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
