The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The Acquisition & Engagement team is dedicated to driving scaled sales motions to support LinkedIn's small business members, from acquisition to upsell. This will be a brand new team which will focus on driving innovation actively seek out new ventures and partnerships throughout the company to identify and address gaps in the market and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Our team is constantly testing and incubating innovative solutions to increase revenue, improve customer engagement, and provide valuable insights that drive business growth. The team will support across all SaaS Online Solutions, LTS, LLS and LSS Field business at any given time depending on the current pilot testing. We are currently seeking an Acquisition & Engagement Consultant for outbound pilot initiatives to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing sales motions to unlock growth, delivering exceptional experiences, and contributing to revenue targets **Key Responsibilities** + Engage with prospects using innovative outbound sales tactics, experimenting with new approaches to unlock growth. + Gather and provide actionable feedback on the effectiveness of various sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement. + Collaborate with your Manager and team members to refine sales processes and contribute to a scalable playbook. + Conduct outreach to SMB prospects, effectively communicating the value of LinkedIn’s products and services to drive adoption and engagement. + Document sales interactions, learnings, and outcomes to support the iteration and scaling of successful sales motions. + Participate in team meetings to share insights and discuss findings from pilot initiatives. + Analyze data from sales activities to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization. + Maintain an in-depth understanding of LinkedIn’s product suite and tailor value propositions to meet the unique needs of prospects. + Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support evolving business needs and priorities. **Basic Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field. + Experience engaging customers to deliver compelling value propositions. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or business development in a SaaS environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust quickly. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to improve performance. + Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment. + Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. + Familiarity with LinkedIn products and services is a plus. **Suggested Skills** + Analytical + Collaboration + Solution based LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $60,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.     The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
