Job title: Outbound Sales Development Executive 

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 plus bonus up to £2500 per annum 

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am to 5.15pm Friday 9am to 5pm

As an Outbound Sales Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, supporting the business development strategy and effectively maintaining the internal customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Responsibilities

Engage with businesses from sole traders to large corporate customer, through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn etc. developing a robust pipeline of prospects and appointments for our business development teamBe responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPI’sRegularly update and maintain our CRM systemMaintain regular contact with prospects and customer base

Requirements 

Previous experience and success of outbound telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting is essentialExcellent verbal and written communications skills with an engaging phone presenceStrong influencing and negotiation skillsPrior CRM experienceAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyProven record of exceeding targets and KPI’sAn ability to build long-term partnerships with customers and colleaguesAn ability to work effectively, be self-motivated and committed to exceeding customer expectations
