As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand their healthcare benefits and enrolling them in disease management programs. You will also work with cross-functional teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
You will be required to meet call quotas in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Educate patients about their healthcare benefits and inform patients about the disease management program requirements Facilitate patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders Inbound Calls: Address patients’ inquiries via call, SMS, and email Work with different teams to follow through on patient requests Update patient records accurately
