Outbound Sales Representative

Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £7,200 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 10:30 - 19:00, Friday 09:00 - 17:30. No weekends.

Location: Remote, Mainland UK only
Start date: 27th January 2025

The role:

As a Customer Sales Advisor in our busy Outbound department, you'll get in touch with customers to make sure their appliances are protected. Day-to-day, you'll:

Use your sales and communication skills to upsell productsBuild rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests firstProvide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer

The experience and skills you need:

1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 yearsA driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targetsGreat communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when neededUnflappable and resilient attitude
