Why does this role exist?
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive the company's B2C campaign by connecting with potential buyers and setting quality appointments for the internal sales team. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's growth while upholding its commitment to a non-aggressive, consultative sales approach. The position focuses on being the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of clean energy solutions.
Tasks ListLead Generation & Outreach\nConduct outbound calls to potential customers\nFollow up on warm leads\nMaintain high-energy, engaging conversations\nAppointment Setting\nSchedule virtual consultations with qualified prospects\nCoordinate with the internal sales team\nEnsure proper calendar management\nDatabase Management\nUpdate CRM with customer information and interaction details\nMaintain accurate records of all communications\nTrack lead status and follow-up requirements\nPerformance & Quality\nMaintain high-quality communication standards\nMeet appointment-setting targets\nProvide basic information about solar solutions to prospects\n
Requirements\nExcellent English communication skillsĀ \nProven ability to handle spontaneous conversations naturally\nStrong phone presence with consistently high energy\nBasic understanding of CRM systems\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n\nWhat to expect...
\nWork Setup:\nRemote position\nMust have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace\nRequired to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system\nWorking Hours:\nTBD but will follow a PST (Pacific Standard Time) Schedule\n40 hours a week\nCompensation:\n$5 per hour\nNo benefits package included\n
