Imagine being the key to offering an effortless transition, as the client takes care of all termination fees, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for every new customer you bring on board.
The Impact you’ll make\nYou will help businesses improve their waste management by switching to a superior service provider.\nYou will contribute to the company's growth by securing new clients.\nYou will enhance client relationships and increase retention rates.\n\n
Your Tasks:\n\nMaking outbound calls daily to businesses to upsell the client’s services using a simple pitch.\nMaintain a 40% activity rate by making a minimum of 100 call minutes/day.\nContact leads provided by the company and engage with them until you connect with a decision-maker.\nConvince clients to switch their waste management service to the client, who covers the termination fee.\nUtilize Hubspot as a CRM tool to manage client information.\nParticipate in a 2-week (10 days) training program.\n
Required Experience\nMinimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments\nSteady employment record with an average tenure of at least 1 year across roles\nExceptional communication skills: You're a natural conversationalist and effective closer\nQuota-driven mindset: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least an Intel i3 core processor\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
