Our client, a third-party logistics and fulfillment company is looking to hire an Outbound Supervisor for their locations in Middletown, Steelton, Harrisburg, and Hershey, PA areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound operations within a warehouse environment, with at least one year of supervisory experience. This position involves overseeing the outbound team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

The Day-to-Day:

Supervise and coordinate outbound activities to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.Lead and manage a team of outbound associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Monitor and maintain productivity levels and quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to outbound operations.Prepare and maintain reports on outbound performance and key metrics.Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.Proven experience in outbound operations.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to work the specified shift and days.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$21.00 /hrWednesday to Saturday5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
