About the Role

As a key member of our regional Outcomes Research (OR) team, you will support our strategic partnership with the esteemed Karolinska Institutet (KI) – one of the world’s leading medical research institutions. Since our partnership began in 2016, we have launched more than 35 impactful studies across diverse therapeutic areas. Now, we’re seeking a dedicated Outcomes Research Manager who will help us elevate this collaboration to new heights! You will also be asked to expand learnings from this and other data partnerships to support collaboration on data across Europe. The role is fully remote.

What You'll Do

In this exciting role, you will:

Facilitate scientific discussions and foster collaborative exchanges between Our Company and researchers.Lead productive meetings that drive innovative projects from concept to implementation.Manage data generation initiatives by coordinating contract processes and ensuring seamless project execution up to signing of contracts.Actively participate in steering group meetings, championing our partnership both internally and externally.Identify opportunities for new collaborations, leveraging your knowledge of Swedish data sources and strategic interests in health economics and disease burden.

Your Impact

With your comprehensive understanding of evidence generation and market access, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Our Company's drug and vaccine offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that valuable insights and data are shared across the organization, ultimately improving patient access to our current and future therapeutics.

Who You Are

We are looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker with:

A Master’s or PhD degree in medicine, public health, epidemiology, management, pharmacy, or health economics.Strong experience designing and implementing clinical, epidemiological, or health economic studies.Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of scientific presentations and publications.Fluency in both English and Swedish is essential; the ability to navigate scientific discussions effortlessly is critical.Preferred: Established scientific credentials and a networking background, especially within Karolinska Institutet.
