Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Lead and manage all aspects of outlet operations to ensure profitable and efficient performanceDevelop and implement strategies to achieve outlet business goals and increase revenueAccurately forecast business demands and adjust operations accordinglyCollaborate with management to create and execute effective marketing plansManage staffing schedules to optimize team performance and customer serviceOversee regular preventative maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standardsMotivate and inspire team members through hands-on leadership and mentorshipMonitor and evaluate team member performance, identifying areas for improvement and growthDevelop and deliver training programs for supervisors and team members to enhance skills and knowledgeImplement and maintain high standards of customer service to maximize guest satisfactionManage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standardsStay updated on local food safety regulations and health codes, ensuring full compliance

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field with 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations managementProven track record of successfully managing and growing a retail or food service outletStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer experiencesProficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, team members, and stakeholdersAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood safety certification
