The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned restaurant or bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and optimizing revenue. This role involves leading and motivating the team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

\n\n\nCoordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

\n\n\nTeam Leadership & Development:\n\n\nLead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional service.
\n\n\nConduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
\n\n\nManage team schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

\n\n\nFinancial Management & Revenue Optimization:\n\n\nMonitor outlet performance and achieve revenue targets.
\n\n\nImplement upselling and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
\n\n\nManage costs, including labor, food, and beverage, to maintain profitability.
\n\n\nPrepare financial reports and forecasts for the outlet.
\n\n\nInventory & Supplier Management:\n\n\nMonitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
\n\n\nEnsure proper handling, storage, and rotation of products.
\n\n\nMaintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\n\nEducation: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
\n\n\nExperience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
\n\n\nSkills: Leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, and financial acumen.
\n\n\nKnowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage trends, health and safety regulations, and POS systems.
\n\n\nLanguage: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
