About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the team of Food & Beverage Service in Jumeirah Olhahali Island.
The key duties of a Outlet Manager will include:
Conducts market survey for competition ensuring that the restaurant is up in the market. The outlet manager is highly committed to customer’s needs, staff necessities and care of the establishment. Responsible for the restaurant and its organization according to the Jumeirah Olhahali Island Maldives policy and the operational targets. Ensure outlet complies with health and safety, HACCP and hygiene regulations. Ensures targets set by the company are met (i.e, LQA, HACCP, COS.) To control standards, performance, colleague' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies. To formulate and recommend changes to improve colleague performance and teamwork To forecast workloads and checks work schedules prepared by subordinate managers for all outlet colleagues. To develop job descriptions and reviewing them periodically to ensure their continuing understanding and acceptance. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the managementAbout you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years within the same role and position in a luxury resort or high-end restaurant Have a strong eye for detail Experience in managing food costs and inventory control Commitment to delivering a high level of service.
