Compensation
The compensation for this role is $53 annually.In addition, this role is part of our competitive commission program. Employees receive a $500 flat commission for every Rejuvenate mattress sold!
Job Summary
The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of running a successful Purple Factory Outlet or Hub, as well as ensuring the seamless execution of Hub & Spoke sales.Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory levels and protection of company assets thru daily cycle counts, daily audits of POS transactions, along with proper merchandise handling.
Manage daily inventory monitoring and management, including ordering inventory thru accurate forecasting and trend analysis using company provided resources.
Delivers excellent backroom organization standards to drive process efficiency and execution of all safety protocols.
Support achievement of Outlet sales goals in partnership with Outlet Manager.
Creates a seamless sales process between Hub and Spoke locations, thereby ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
Oversees the location’s day-to-day operations
Delivers quality in all aspects of work. Sales/KPI’s, inventory control, state of the showroom.
Support Outlet Manager with weekly recaps meetings, one on ones, training new hires, and other manager duties
Required Skills, Education, Experience:
5-7 years working in a retail leadership role
Travel requirements minimum
The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Retail, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and have proven experience of effectively leading a team.
Bachelor and or associate degree or 5 years of relevant retail experience
Creative thinker that can collaborate while developing new plans, processes, and solutions.
Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate skills in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Demonstrate the ability to take direction, feedback, and desire to grow.

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 40 pounds in all directions.
Use of ladders using safety protocol/OSHA standards required.
