The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Outlets Manager supervising the hotels Food and Beverage operations. This person with be expected to have a heavy influence on the floor and a dynamic outlet experience to contribute to the FB team.
Duties include:
Direct and oversee development of employeesHire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance reviewsDirect the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage operationsCoordinate food and beverage operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest serviceResolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and qualityImplement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfactionExercise quality control for both food and beverageMaintaining Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementationPerforming daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standardsMaintain communications with Corporate StaffCoach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and proceduresThe Outlet Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Outlets Manager supervising the hotels Food and Beverage operations.
