Allina Health has a robust mental health and addiction clinical service line that offers the full continuum of care including integration, specialty outpatient clinics, addiction, co-occurring services, partial hospitalization, day treatment, emergency, consult psychiatry, and inpatient care.Key Position Details:
As an adult psychiatrist, you will work within a primary care-based setting using traditional and integrated models for optimal patient access and collaboration of care. You will use tools such as electronic consultation and virtual visits to help improve patient access to psychiatric care in a primary care-based setting. In collaboration with a team of psychiatry providers located at several integrated primary care clinics throughout the metro, you will serve a local population.Full-time is considered 0.75-1.0 FTE (patient contact hours adjust accordingly)60-minute intake appointments30-minute follow-up appointmentsDedicated time for e-consults and ability to work from home Dedicated administrative timeThere are 20+ physicians and advanced practice providers who make up the integrated psychiatry team at eleven locations throughout the Allina Health service area.Benefits Include:

Pay Range
Pay Range: $314,000 to $339,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
