Fairview Range is hiring an Outpatient Clinic Therapist for our Behavioral Health Services in Hibbing, MN. The Outpatient Clinic Therapist will diagnose and treat mental and emotionat disorders, whether cognitive, affective, or behavioral. The Therapist will apply psycotherapeutic and family systems theories and techniques in the delivery of services to individuals, families, and/or couples. Schedule: This position will work 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day shift. As an Outpatient Clinic Therapist, you will be responsible for: Helping individuals, families and couples pinpoint and solve emotional, mental and interpersonal disorders or problems. Working collaboratively with patient and family care team. Performing diagnostic assessments within the scope of your specialty and role. Developing and maintain positive and collaborative relationships. Demonstrating a positive approach in development, promotion, and implementation of customer service and clinical quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Current LICSW, LMFT, or LCPP. 1 year prior mental health experience. Current BLS or obtains within 6 months of hire.
