As a Fee for Service Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide evidence-based practices and outpatient therapeutic interventions to adults and youth experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders and/or behavioral health concerns. Fee for Service Behavioral Health Clinician enjoy an increase level of flexibility in number of hours worked and timing of when each service is performed.
The Fee for Service Behavioral Health Clinician will also:
Provide direct therapeutic interventions and support services, in-person and by telehealth, to clients Conduct intake evaluations and on-going assessment to develop treatment plans and determine appropriate interventions to a caseload of clients Ensure recordkeeping/documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements and regulations. Coordinate treatment and care with other providers as needed Work as liaison between Vinfen programs, state agencies, funding sources, and community referral sources Communicate and network with community providers and collaterals to increase access to care/promote ambulatory care Provide services to children, adults, families, and/or groups Provide after-hours on-call coverage in rotation with other program staff Perform other duties as assignedAbout the model: Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services provides adult and youth with onsite and community-based outpatient behavioral health therapy, mobile crisis services (MCI), crisis stabilization (CCS), and psychopharmacology including medication assisted treatments. Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services are designed to support individuals and families in the community, reduce use of emergency rooms for behavioral health crisis, increase flexibility of service delivery, and provide seamless access to outpatient, urgent and crisis interventions, increased social supports and community-based staff.
