Outpatient Manager - Full time | Fitzwilliam Hospital

The role

Where you’ll be based

The Fitzwilliam Hospital is an independent healthcare provider of elective care for a broad range of specialities. Our busy out-patient department operates a six day a week service. Pre assessment, private GP and local occupational services are based in the department. Facilities include treatment rooms for minor procedures. We are proud to offer services for NHS, self pay and insured customers.

What you’ll bring with you

Registered with the NMC

Delivers high standards of patient care

Previous clinical supervisory experience

Enthusiasm and ability to nurture a can do culture

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business

A good working knowledge of and compliance with CQC Standards

The ability to make decisions and use your initiative

Strong communication skills

Passion to deliver excellent care in a busy and challenging environment
