Office & Practice Manager Opportunities – St. Peter’s Health Partners

St. Peter’s Health Partners is seeking experienced Office and Practice Managers to join our outpatient offices across the Capital Region. This is a great opportunity to lead a healthcare team focused on operational excellence and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including staff supervision, medical records, HR, billing, and compliance with healthcare regulationsEnhance administrative and clinical systems to support patient careFoster effective communication among care teamsManage resources to ensure operational success and support program goals

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of successful management experience in healthcareEducation: Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferredSkills: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skillsOther: Ability to lift 20 lbs. and maintain confidentiality
