The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor performs a wide range of clinical, administrative, quality assurance and supervisory functions under the supervision of the Clinical Program Director. Responsibilities include oversight of all patient records; clinical documentation; program planning and crisis intervention.]\n
\n

Roles and Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for oversight and quality assurance of the OP treatment program; assuring compliance with OASAS regulations and fidelity to the Matrix Model.\nResponsible for the day-to-day clinical operations including adherence to CARS hiring policies and procedures, grievance procedures, routine supervision of clinical staff, and quality improvement of individual clinicians' record keeping and practice. Key element of this task is to unleash the full potential of each member of the clinical team.\nResponsible to coordinate and provide necessary data in a timely manner in accordance with the CARS Quality Improvement and Utilization Review policy, Incident Reporting Policy, and OASAS regulations.\nDemonstrated skills in producing high quality clinical work that is thorough, complete and clearly demonstrates solid partnering with the client and fully satisfy the needs of referral sources and other recipients\nDemonstrated skills at being an outstanding team member (and team leader). This will include conduct that at all times recognizes and supports the primacy of team needs, agendas and priorities over individual ones.\n\n

Required Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Qualified Health Professional (QHP) status with at least five years of chemical dependency treatment experience.\n\n

Preferred Skills and Experience:\n\nMaster's Degree with 1-3 years clinical supervisory experience.\n\n

Pay Range Disclosure:\n\n$31.45 to $44.43 per hour\n\n
