Position Requirements
Inpatient and Outpatient Position
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required if graduated prior to 1/1/2002.
Master’s degree required if graduated after 1/1/2002.
International candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program (Master’s degree preferred).
Must hold or be eligible for an Occupational Therapy license in the state where services will be provided. Licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
CPR certification required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
-Lymphedema certification preferred or must be obtained within 18 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
Membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. Proof of insurance required if driving a personal vehicle.
Previous work experience is preferred but not required, aside from clinical experience within an educational training program.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and may be required to push up to 300 pounds.
Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
