St. Joseph’s Outpatient South Tampa – Fran Prop Facility is seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a clinician passionate about delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. 

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

 Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Administer hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises.Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for holistic care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Use various physical therapy techniques and equipment.Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions.

Requirements:

Required BLS (Basic Life Support)Required PT (Physical Therapy)Or PT (Physical Therapy) Eligible to obtainOr PT (Physical Therapy) Temporary and licensure within 6 monthsRequired Bachelor's Physical Therapy
