Outpatient Physical Therapist - Cancer Rehab - Swedish Issaquah

SCHEDULE: 0040-No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week; DAY

The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services.  The PT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
