Full-time outpatient practice for Adult PM&R: 4.5 day work week, no call, weekends, or holidays Practice includes ultrasound guided injections, spasticity management (Botox), and EMGs  Care of patients following amputation  Work collaboratively with Neurology and Orthopedics  Opportunity to grow and shape your practice as desired!  Experienced multidisciplinary team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapists Support from Neuropsychology, Headache Clinic, Social Work, Psychology, and alternative medicine. Opportunity to teach residents

Qualifications 

Board Certification/Board Eligibility in PM & R  Support from CentraCare to obtain EMG certification
