Qualifications: + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. + Before 1/1/2016: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. + After 1/1/2016: Doctorate of Physical Therapy required. + International candidates: Must have at least a Bachelor's degree; Doctorate preferred. + Must hold or be eligible for a state Physical Therapist license within the first 90 days of employment. + CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. + Must maintain all required certifications and licensure. + Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association preferred. Additional Requirements: + Must have good verbal and written communication skills. + Work experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training. + Ability to lift 50 lbs., assist with 100 lbs., and push up to 300 lbs. + Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned. + If assigned a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. + If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
