What You’ll Do:
Support Scheduling Operations: Assist in coordinating scheduling activities, maintaining an organized process to ensure prompt patient access to care.Prioritize and Assist with Tasks: Help prioritize multiple scheduling tasks and projects to ensure timely completion, providing support to team members and enhancing workflow efficiency.Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with various teams to assist in problem-solving, manage operational challenges, and support the implementation of new services.Contribute to Program Development: Help implement and evaluate scheduling processes and initiatives, leveraging your experience to establish best practices and improve patient care.Act as a Resource for Staff: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for scheduling staff regarding departmental policies, procedures, and best practices to promote efficiency and consistency.About You:
