Outreach Director
**Description** SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Director to lead and manage our Customer Outreach Program. The Outreach Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic outreach initiatives aimed at increasing security protections for governmental entities through the promotion and education of services available through our Managed Security Services program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of cyber security services, and a proven track record in marketing, customer outreach, campaign management, and customer engagement. _This role is 100% remote!_ **Essential duties of this position include:** + Provide leadership and direction for the customer outreach and growth team. + Develop and present educational webinars focused on Managed Security Services to inform and educate eligible customers about the benefits and implementation of security solutions. + Create comprehensive service descriptions and marketing materials for Managed Security Services to effectively communicate the value and features of our offerings. + Author security services and educational articles for inclusion in newsletter and direct to customer communications and oversee distribution to eligible customers to keep them informed of the latest security practices and updates. + Represent the organization at events and cyber security related conferences, delivering presentations on Managed Security Services to raise awareness and educate potential customers. + Respond promptly to customer inquiries about services information and follow up on leads to convert interest into actionable engagement. + Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive outreach campaigns aimed at increasing customer awareness and utilization of Managed Security Services. Monitor the campaigns' progress and report on their activities, accomplishments, and effectiveness. + Assess the success of outreach campaigns in terms of customer engagement and the number of customers receiving Managed Security Services. + Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize results. + Compile and present the Annual Customer Outreach deliverable, detailing the efforts, successes, and future strategies of the outreach program. + Conduct communication and training activities to ensure that the messaging is clear and that customers understand how to implement and benefit from Managed Security Services. + Perform marketing activities to grow the customer base, including identifying new outreach opportunities, building partnerships, and leveraging various channels to increase visibility and engagement. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Master’s degree and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience. + Proven experience in marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums. + Proven experience marketing IT services, preferably cyber-security services. + Proven experience speaking in front of audiences of 500+. + Candidates must pass a CJIS background check. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Current IT or Cyber-security certification. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
