Outreach Manager – Decarbonization Concierge Team

As the Outreach Manager of the Decarbonization Concierge Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability within communities. You will oversee the implementation of energy efficient solutions and ensure that our initiatives positively impact low-income households. What you will be doing:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Decarbonization Concierges, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their goals.
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of decarbonization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with community-based organizations (CBOs), trade allies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective outreach, education, and support.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor QA/QC processes to ensure high standards of work and compliance with regulations.
Reporting and Documentation: Manage the collection and organization of project reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to program participants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability efforts.
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience technology sales, engineering, and/or energy efficiency (one year of professional experience may be substituted for one year of education)
1+ year of experience in people management
Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in energy efficiency or sustainability sectors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including community organizations and trade allies.
Knowledge of QA/QC processes and permit inspections.
Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$87,607.00 - $148,932.00Los Angeles, CA (CA80)
