Delivers and assists with planning outreach program activities, strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the NYF and local community. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences.

 

Salary Range: $68,000 to $75,300/year

Responsibilities

Delivers and assists with planning outreach program activities, strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the NYF and local community. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences.

 

Responsibilities:

Identifies, promotes, and maintains external partnerships to support the outreach program while serving as the initial contact for all DD referrals. Schedules and secures resources and communicates logistics in support of an outreach program and deliver content and materials to community members.Researches, develops, and facilitates outreach program content and materials. Develops and evaluates DD programs and provides recommendations for improvementLeads the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures through oversight of day-to-day activities for program staff and student and community volunteers.Leads relevant outreach recruitment events on a weekly basis (including some evenings and weekends) and work to continue to build recruitment and outreach opportunities within the local BYC community.Builds and sustains relationships with the key personnel of IDD stakeholders including local elected officials, and other key community institutions to help programmatic recruitment efforts.Reviews prospective participant's applications and ensures they have all qualifying documents to be enrolled into the respective DD programs and meet the program criteria.Input data in real time into Evolv to help track and monitor the progress of people enrolled in the programs in the required database and produce analytical data on outreach & recruitment efforts at a frequency determined.

Salary Range: $68,000 to $75,300/year
