Outreach Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the transition from paper timesheets to an electronic system by providing guidance, education, and support to participants and workers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Reach out to participants and workers via outbound calls to provide guidance on transitioning to electronic timesheets. • Document follow-up actions and ensure all commitments are tracked and completed in the internal system. • Assist users with the registration process for the new electronic timesheet system. • Educate participants and workers on how to use electronic timesheets effectively, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. • Handle inbound calls to support individuals with issues or inquiries related to the timesheet transition. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates within the system. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication and support throughout the transition process. • Provide timely responses to email correspondence related to the timesheet system. • Schedule appointments as needed to assist with onboarding or troubleshooting. • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and present data effectively. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role. • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on detail and efficiency. • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for basic tasks and reporting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, such as scheduling appointments and tracking follow-ups. • Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to educate others on new processes.
