What We Need:

As an Outside Account Executive in Harrisburg/Williamsport PA, you will work with new and existing clients to identify their advertising needs and propose solutions leveraging the most innovative and inclusive broadcast and digital marketing tools across our 160 markets and multiple platforms.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products (we are constantly innovating and growing!) 

Develop and prospect for new business by using lead-generation activities like cold calling, networking, email marketing, etc.

Foster relationships by meeting in person with clients in your designated market area

Cultivate existing business by strategically leveraging iHeartMedia’s full suite of Broadcast and Digital products to meet your client’s unique needs

Develop and deliver persuasive proposals

Collaborate with internal partners to ensure the successful execution of sales campaigns

Stay abreast of the industry and competitors

Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments 

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

Strong client service relationship-building skills 

Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures 

Digital/Media Sales Experience is a plus 

Salesforce experience is a plus

Reliable means of transportation with a valid driver’s license and state-mandated auto insurance

Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills  

High school diploma; college degree preferred
