ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
• Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day’s field activity.
• Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs.
• Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality program(s).
• Travels as required. QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
• Oral and written communication skills
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Good comprehensive decision making skills
• Ability to read and comprehend policy language
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT
