Our client is hiring a dynamic Outside Sales Executive, who will leverage their strong prospecting, business development, and customer service skills across New Brunswick, to exceed regional growth expectations and provide the very best customer experience.

Outside Sales Executive Responsibilities: Work with management to set monthly business targets and create & execute a sales strategy to achieve results for your assigned territory Conduct sales calls on new, existing, and inactive customers, forging new relationships and maintaining existing relationships Collaborate with product suppliers and make occasional joint sales calls Field and respond to customer calls, and maintain a record of all calls Collaborate with colleagues to manage returns, complete quotes and administrative duties, ensuring you maximize your time on the road Attend monthly sales meeting in Dartmouth, NS Stay up to date on supplier product knowledge to ensure you offer the best advice and solutions to your customers Work closely with GM on supplier pricing and market competitiveness Calculate freight, assess margins, and manage profits and expenses
Outside Sales Executive Qualifications: Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with a “get-up-and-go” attitude Self-motivated with experience managing your own time Persuasive communication skills with a passion for meeting new people 5 years experience in industrial sales, including Outside Sales and travel to prospect meetings Currently live in Moncton, Saint John, or Fredericton and know the geography Preference will be given to Bilingual (French/English) candidates
Employment conditions: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, daytime hours Competitive base salary and commission structure Great benefits including health, dental, RRSP matching, and more Company vehicle, gas card, and credit card provided This is a fully independent role where you spend 3 days/week traveling and 2 days in your home office
