**Job Title: Outside Sales Representative**
**Location:** Hybrid Remote – Houston, TX 77028
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Purpose**
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into customers. This role supports revenue growth and strengthens our clients market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the target market.
+ Conduct client meetings and deliver logistics and freight solutions tailored to customer needs.
+ Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and submit timely reports and expense documentation.
+ Manage personal calendar efficiently to optimize travel and maximize customer engagement.
+ Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates from prospect to customer.
+ Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
+ Attend required meetings and training sessions.
+ Maintain and properly care for company-provided tools and software.
+ Comply with company policies and procedures.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
**Licensing/Certification:**
+ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
+ Must be bondable
**Experience:**
+ 2+ years in outside sales (transportation/logistics industry preferred)
+ CRM software experience (preferred)
**Skills:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent verbal and written communication
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
**Compensation**
+ **Base Salary:** $65,000 annually
+ **Commission:** 5% on qualified sales
+ **Bonus Opportunities**

**Pay Details:** $65,000.00 per year
