Present customized packaging and logistics solutions to prospective clients. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM records. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (ideally in logistics, packaging, or 3PL). Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Industry certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSLP) or relevant technical training are an asset. Employment Details Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday The location: Mississauga, Ontario Other: Permanent, full-time, onsite, comprehensive benefits, uncapped commissions.
