The Aerospace Hardware Distribution Company is in search for an Outside Sales Representative for the East Coast that will be responsible for driving sales growth, retaining and growing accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the aerospace industry, while utilizing CRM systems, adhering to quality standards, and traveling extensively.

Required Education, Certifications, or Years of Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Certifications: Relevant sales or industry certifications are a plus. Years of Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in aerospace or industrial distribution; 3+ years in lead generation and negotiation roles; 2+ years of experience with CRM systems. The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $135000.00
