Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. Our aim is to create mowing solutions which focus on low Total-Cost-of-Ownership and a long commercial life. We design products which are safe, efficient, and intuitive to use.
As we continue our US market expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to cover our Florida territory preferably based out of the Gainesville FL area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the Trimax team and help champion our vision for the future.

Your primary role will be to generate and cultivate demand for Trimax product lines within various target markets, including turf/sod farms, and Polo by effectively engaging in your territory. Sales will be conducted through direct sales channels. The objective is to ensure customer satisfaction and continued market penetration through strong, mutually benefitting relationships with the end-users and channel partners.
Additional aspects of the role include:
Representing Trimax brand with passion and dedication. Providing hands-on technical product assistance. Planning, setting up and exhibiting at field day and other industry events across the year to promote sales. Field demonstrations and installation of mowers Active use and maintenance of our comprehensive CRM systems to drive customer engagement and salesKey Skills & Competencies:
Results driven, attention to detail and tenacity to open doors to achieve ambitious targets and to continuously look for fitting opportunities, follow up and implement new business. Proven experience within target markets and/or with tractor powered machinery and related sales. Effective negotiation skills to achieve win-win outcomes within assigned multi-channel customer base High levels of organizational capability to strategically plan assigned territory penetration in rapidly changing environment Capability to competently train customers and dealer partners on proper use and owner maintenance to increase their product knowledge. Ability to tow a trailer, strap down machinery and maintain safe operating conditions of assigned fleet equipment. Ability to act as an effective global yet local team member, contributing to the growth of the company. IT Competence inc. Microsoft Suite and ability to learn and use new systems quickly including proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions and enhance overall sales processes. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $73,000 + Uncapped Commission
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and parts, often weighing up to 50-75 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, and maneuvering large equipment. Ability to crawl under and around large equipment to perform repairs and inspections. Capacity to work long hours, including the potential for overtime, in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain). Ability to drive company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, and operate machinery both on and off-road.What We Offer:
