Complete all job-related paperwork (i.e.; Field service report, QMS documentation, HSE documentation, time sheets, etc.) and hand in dailyMaintain a minimum required vehicle stock of repair partsOperate company vehicles in a safe and courteous mannerEnsure daily/monthly vehicle inspections and maintenance are completedCare and maintenance of company tools and equipmentAbility to work collaboratively and independently on customer siteManage sub-contractors such as vacuum truck and crane servicesDocument detailed information about repair requirements, site pictures, parts used and time worked then hand into Service Administrator dailyAbility to troubleshoot problems and assess solutionsComplete repairs on-site whenever possibleSafely remove and bring back to shop for repair when on site repair is not an optionComplete start-up, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, removal and installation (including): Pumps (Inline, end suction, booster, fire, column): Mechanical seal replacement, Blanking, Start-up, Motors: Shaft and gear alignment, Portable motor analysis, Fans and Blowers: Balancing, Vibration analysis, Variable Frequency Drives: start-upRead diagrams, schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work proceduresProvide information on parts, labour and details of how job will be completed for estimating purposesSafe and proper inspection, operation and maintenance of confined space, fall protection, lifting equipment and company owned tools and equipmentMaintain a clean work space free of hazards such as slips, trips and fallsReview and follow all Safe Work Practices, Safe Job Procedures and Code of PracticesSupervise and mentor assigned ApprenticesWorking Conditions:
