PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS Provide enthusiastic and professional service to all guests Set up the cart staging area and keep stocked with water, tees, scorecards and pencils Maintain and exhibit knowledge of the property, golf course and etiquette Pull golf bags for golfers playing that day and set up on carts Maintain balls on driving range and putting green; keep fully stocked at all times Set up and maintain refreshment station at 9th and 18th greens; take down at end of day Keep staging area free of clutter Clean clubs as members and guests finish Put members’ clubs in bag room Assist Pro Shop At the end of the day, pick up range and move hitting stalls for the next day At the end of the day, remove balls from putting green and chipping area Connect carts for towing back to the cart barn; take carts to the bag drop area Understand and anticipate the needs of our members; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through; provide exceptional customer service Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate Active participation in events, programs, meetings and training Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
