The Records Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources, documenting metrics and trends, and creating reports that allow stakeholders to quickly evaluate the course of the project.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Identify process improvements and best practices for compliant retention of information and records.
+ Present and defend viable recommendations from data collections, research, and analysis.
+ Monitor customer’s business initiatives to assess impact on business records management requirements.
+ Provide customer support via email, phone or in person, i.e., logistic and procedural support, training, enforce standards and promote best practices.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ A bachelor's degree is preferred and 3 to 5 years of experience in a records management environment is required.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate within a team
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in client interaction.
+ A working knowledge of retention guidelines and relevant IM technology applications for information retention is required.
