**Job Title: Overhead Crane Operator** **Job Description** - Operate various machines in the facility - Operate a double hoist crane to move steel - Operate a blasting machine by pressing buttons and monitoring the shot cleaning process - Operate a saw for cutting steel after training - Use measurements in fractions and decimals for steel - Use a tape measure to measure out cuts - Learn how to use a crane to load and unload parts - Clean up the general area - Assist other departments as needed - Read customer specifications **Work Environment** - 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-12:30am. - Will train on 1st shift for 3-4 weeks but can accommodate 3rd shift if needed. - Steel-toed shoes are approved for the first 30 days; after that, candidates must have metatarsal boots. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
