**Overview** **Agents are responsible for reporting door alarms, unattended baggage, and fire alarms, and providing security on the concourses inside of the airport overnight.** **Job Details:** **Provide customer service to all passengers by answering all of their questions and directing them throughout the airport to get to their final destination.** **Report to the concourse they're assigned to and monitor the concourse throughout the night to make sure no suspicious activity occurs.** **Agents will have to be able to walk and stand for long periods throughout the shift.
