Responsibilities:
As a member of the Maintenance Team, this position will be primarily responsible for conducting minor repairs to car wash equipment, property maintenance, light duty construction, new project start-ups, and building and equipment renovations. This is a benefited, full-time position, with a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday. The pay range for this position is $20.00-$30.00 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour overnight differential, depending upon experience.

Minimum Job Requirements:

One to three years of electrical, welding, and plumbing experience, is preferred Good mechanic knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems Ability to work both independently or as a team on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments Ability to handle heavy equipment, bend, lift and stand for excessive periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation Required to submit to and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening to operate a company vehicle as required by this position Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available.
