Minimum Requirements Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education; a minimum of one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in a medical office, medical clinic, or in a mental health office; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired Qualifications One year of customer service experience. Experience in processing multiple calls using excellent phone etiquette; excellent communication and computer stills, including proper grammar and spelling; Experience in a fast-paced customer service setting; excellent customer service and proven empathy skills.
