All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Schedule: 3rd Shift (11:15 PM to 7:45 AM Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Schedule daily shifts, breaks, and mealtimes for cleaning team members, and conduct pre-shift meetings + Supervise team members to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company standards, including guest areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms + Maintain sanitation guidelines, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and that lost and found items are turned over to security + Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment, coordinating repairs as needed + Conduct final walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and work areas before shift ends, and train team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols **More about you** + High School Diploma, GED, or TASC preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in facility cleaning + Knowledge of floor strippers, floor sealers, carpet shampooers, and vacuum cleaners + Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations + Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, Excel, and email + Experience in facility cleaning and understanding of cleaning safety protocols **Physical requirements** + Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of shift + Frequent bending, kneeling, carrying, and climbing of stairs + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds **Shift details** Overnight **Who we are** Hamburg Gaming, managed by Delaware North is at the Erie County Fairgrounds in Hamburg, New York., near Buffalo.
