Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is looking for a Full-time Overnight Front Desk Supervisor who can be responsible for assisting guest with luggage during arrival and departure, making necessary deliveries to and picking up from guest rooms, transporting guest and hotel packages and parcels. Located steps away from Union Square, the Ferry Building and Fisherman's Wharf. You will find our charm rising above downtown at 345 California Center, with our guestrooms located at the top 11 floors of this 48-story landmark providing breathtaking panoramas of the city and the bay.

The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor ­­­­­­­is an essential member of the Rooms division team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

One-year luxury hotel experience.Strong supervisory skills including decision making, communication, deductive reasoning and problem solving.Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.Additional language preferred but not required.Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication Skills.Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
