The Caribe Hilton has welcomed guests since 1949 and has 17 acres of tropical landscaping, nine restaurants, island-inspired rooms, spa, and oceanfront pool complex, all right on the beach.

Ideal candidate must be Bilingual, speak English and Spanish, and have previous Front Office, Hospitality and Supervisory experience.

Shift Pattern: Candidate will work rotating 11:00pm - 7:30am overnights shifts throughout the week. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As Overnight Front Office Supervisor, you will supervise night-hour assistance to Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. An Overnight FO Supervisor contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nOccupy the hotel lobby and other public areas\nRepresent the Night Manager, when absent\nAct in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required\nEnsure that all Guest complaints are managed, recorded and resolved promptly\nSupport the Front Desk and accounting related duties\nProduce nightly reports, as required\nInform Departments of special requests, early/late departures, room changes and other Guest requests\nMaintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas\nAct in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required\nServe your role and Team in an environmentally-conscience manner\n
