Overnight Guest Service Agent (Part - Time) - Doubletree by Hilton San Diego Mission Valley

Third Shift Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

\n\nGreet and register guests with prompt, courteous service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.\nAddress and resolve guest issues or concerns during their stay.\nOffer room upgrades and promote hotel amenities and services.\nComplete the registration process, assign rooms based on guest needs, and provide electronic keys.\nAdminister and promote hotel marketing programs to arriving guests.\nEnsure guests are informed of room locations and arrange for team assistance when necessary.\nProvide a welcome packet with room keys, tokens of appreciation, and other gifts.\n
