Job Description

Our guests are always at home here at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess – and their In Room Dining experience is no exception. As an Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker you will provide a warm service, efficiency and knowledge of our menu offerings, you will ensure the timeliness and enjoyment of every memorable meal.

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayMaintain proper telephone etiquette at all timesHave full knowledge of beverage listsRecord guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requestsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageServe as an In Room Dining Server as neededOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous  Food & Beverage service experience required Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidaysAdhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
