Position Overview:We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Overnight Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a full-time position requiring three 12-hour shifts per week.
Shift Differential: Night shift (+$2.00/hr) Weekend Differential: Additional $3.50 per hour on weekend nights (Total of +$5.50 on weekends!) Base Pay Range: $26.50 to $31.50 per hour (not including shift differentials) Compensation is based on experience and benefit status. LPN Responsibilities:Under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse, your duties will include:
Monitoring patients' health conditions and vital signs. Assisting with hygiene and daily living needs of patients. Supporting physicians during medical examinations. Guiding patients' families on aftercare procedures. Supervising and mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). LPN Requirements: Current and valid New York LPN License. Experience in a nursing home or hospital setting. Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to care.
